Caitlin graduated from Western Sydney University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and Exercise Science). Caitlin continued to study and graduated from Australian Catholic University in 2019 with a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology. During her studies, Caitlin gained experience in cardiac rehab, and in neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Caitlin also has experience working with ageing populations.
Outside of work, Caitlin has special interests in soccer and swimming.
Caitlin provides individualised gym-based assessments and exercise-sessions for a wide range of individuals with cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary, neurological and musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions. Caitlin provides services such as NDIS, NSW SIRA Workcover, Medicare and DVA. In addition, Caitlin will also be running Hydrotherapy, Mat Work Pilates and Diabetes Exercise group classes at Hawkesbury Physiotherapy. Apart from her small classes, she will also be available for private exercise sessions.
